This easy going and approachable wine is delivering classic aromas characteristic of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Lively gooseberry and ripe capsicum, layered with tropical passionfruit and grapefruit undertones.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Pinot Gris features lifted and aromatic notes of jasmine, green pear & grapefruit on the nose. A vibrant palate of red apple, lime, yellow plum and lychee with balanced freshness from the acidity and residual sweetness for a buoyant and juicy finish.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc is reminiscent of Central Otago. Lifted and vibrant notes of guava, passionfruit and pineapple with fresh herbal elements give this wine its classic Sauvignon Blanc profile. Juicy, ripe and bold flavours race across the palate, followed by a mineral and saline finish to lengthen the palate. Best enjoyed with Bluff oysters.

Through their artisanal distillation process, Altos Tequila achieves a rich and complex flavour profile, with layers of agave sweetness, earthy undertones, and a smooth, lingering finish that's perfect for sipping or mixing in cocktails. Altos Plata is the most traditional expression of Altos - Sweet to the mouth with citrus notes like lime, lemon, and agave. The aftertaste is pleasant and long-lasting.

Altos Reposado Tequila is produced in the picturesque Los Altos, situated 2000+ metres above sea level, and is know for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Altos for producing their award winning tequila. Aged 6 to 8 months in ex-Bourbon barrels. Altos Reposado is robust, yet pleasant, with tannins and citrus notes; a long and well-balance finish.
